The information must be true, complete and kept up to date. Applying does not create a partnership or open the Pharmacy Portal; approval does.

- You must make sure the details you submit — name, strength, dosage form, pack size, manufacturer, MRP, prescription requirement and storage needs — match the product you physically hold.

You grant CareRy a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to store, copy, resize, optimise, crop, display and distribute them on the CareRy platform, and to show them to patients and other users in connection with the product, for as long as they are used on the platform and for a reasonable period after for records.

- Orders are routed to a pharmacy that serves the patient’s pincode and whose store is open. New orders appear in the Pharmacy Portal for you to check.
- Accept an order only if you can supply it correctly and on time. If you cannot, decline it or ask the patient for a prescription, giving a clear reason.
- You must not change an order, add products or substitute a different medicine without the patient’s agreement through the platform.
11. Prescription medicines
- Supply a prescription medicine only against a valid prescription that your pharmacist has reviewed and verified in the Pharmacy Portal.

You will cooperate with reasonable requests and with any lawful request from authorities.
16. Suspension and termination
- You may stop partnering with CareRy by giving written notice to partners@carery.in, after fulfilling or cancelling open orders.
- CareRy may suspend your store or end the partnership if you breach these terms or applicable law, if a licence is suspended or lapses, if there are serious or repeated patient complaints, or if required by law. Where appropriate, CareRy will tell you the reason and give you an opportunity to respond.
17. Responsibility and limitation of liability
You are responsible for, and will compensate CareRy for loss caused by, your breach of these terms or of applicable law, including the supply of unsuitable, non-genuine or expired products.
